Maintenance management

Fleet Support Group's core product is fixed-price servicing. This is provided through our Masterserve network of approved UK suppliers. The service provided covers 70% of all routine maintenance requirements with all costs being fixed for one year. Suppliers are paid using a unique self-billing system. This eliminates the opportunity for up-selling and add-on costs. Full compliance with manufacturers' service and repair schedules is guaranteed.

For the driver requesting service the process is simple to use: either phone the 24 hour, 7 days-a-week control centre or book online through the Fleet Support Group website.

All vehicles maintained under the fixed-price system are collected and returned to minimise driver inconvenience.

For the fleet manager, all records are kept permanently up-to-date and can also be viewed through the website or received electronically or as hardcopy.

Fixed prices nationwide

By generating buying prices internally and agreeing these with our approved supplier network, we provide a genuine, nationwide fixed-price service covering 70% of all maintenance requirements. Our fixed prices are fixed for one year and available throughout mainland UK and include:

No fees or contracts

There are no monthly management charges or annual fees – just a low, one-off lifetime vehicle registration.

Collection and delivery included

Fixed-price servicing includes vehicle collection and delivery as a mandatory part of the service. This minimises driver inconvenience and involvement.

Controlled costs

Our unique job coding and self-billing system ensures that all work is authorised by our control centre using our annually-fixed prices, eliminating up-selling, add-on costs or any deviation from the system.

Approved suppliers

We operate a nationwide network of over 6,000 approved suppliers including our preferred Masterserve network, where each outlet is subjected to strict accreditation and quality control procedures all supervised by our in-house suppliers department.

24-hour manned control centre

Our control centre is manned 24 hours every day of the year. The average human response time is 12 seconds so callers are not kept waiting. One call is all that is needed to access whatever service is required.

Superb administration

We provide a flexible reporting structure, either electronically using our FSG Interactive website, or as hard copy, ensuring fast, efficient data transfer of all account and management information.
