To manage the administration of the supply chain to the business, including mechanical and accident repair centres and ancillary service organisations along with total management of the vehicle rental division. To strategically plan for the expansion of the service and products offered relevant to vehicle rental, liaising with all appropriate areas of the business to do so.
To explore, maximise and sell all revenue opportunities in a consistent, professional and effective manner, generating new business for FSG meeting agreed revenue and performance targets for 2008 / 2009.
Liaising with garages to authorise repairs on vehicles taking into account client budgetary and operating procedures.
Taking incoming calls from drivers who wish to organise services, maintenance or repairs to their vehicle. Providing an emergency response service for drivers who have broken down.
